The hospitality team brings a broad mix of investment and operating experience, having collectively managed more than 20,000 hotel rooms worldwide and executed landmark projects in Dubai and other global markets. AIM maintains privileged access to proprietary opportunities through its global network and GCC relationships, complemented by strong partnerships with leading hotel operators.
The team has advised on and executed transactions across the hospitality sector, including acquisitions of distressed or under-managed assets, operational repositioning, targeted capex programs, asset management, and financing solutions.
